Orders placed on our website are categorized into one of two types Urban or Rural/Extended Shipments based on our third-party courier oDeliver’s policy.
Urban Shipping
If your the city your enter in your shipping details is classified as Urban based on oDeliver’s coverage map then you can expect the following shipping speed on orders you place on our website.
- 2-3 Day Shipping: Order placed on our website between Sunday – Thursday (before 8am).
- 3-4 Days Shipping: Orders placed on our website between Thursday (after 8AM) – Saturday.

Consolidated Shipping
Delivery locations outside of the Urban classification will be managed in a consolidated manner. Orders within close geographic proximity will be grouped together and delivered on a set day to allow for cost and logistics efficiency. Please note orders must be entered at least one (1) day in advance to ensure your package is collected and consolidated in time for delivery on said days.

Returns and Refunds Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Supp Shop TT Ltd. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free returns and refunds process:
- Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Returns must be initiated within 3 days of the purchase date.
- Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@suppshoptt.com or via our contact form here https://suppshoptt.com/support-center/ with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to return your item.
- Refund Timeline: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification to inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be provided in the form of a coupon equivalent to the value of the item ordered, minus a $35.00 TTD deduction to cover the cost of delivery.
- Exchanges: If you need to exchange an item for a different size or product, please contact our customer service team to arrange an exchange. Exchanges are subject to availability, and additional shipping charges may apply.
